How to Submit
To participate in the challenge, you must email your completed work using the format and template provided below. Submissions will only be accepted via email.
Submission Checklist
- A PDF file (max 30MB) with your responses to the challenge tasks
- A save file from Entwine showing your implemented solutions
- All work must be your original content
- Your PDF must follow the structure and content outlined below in PDF Content Guidelines section
- You must agree to the Terms and Conditions as described in the Email Template section
Submissions that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
Important
- Submissions after the submission deadline will not be accepted
- Submissions shall be in English
- Each individual may only make one submission
- Submissions are final and may not be edited, revised or updated
- Entropica shall be entitled to share such submissions

PDF Content Guidelines
The following outlines the expected structure of your PDF submission.
1. General Format
Your submission should be a short scientific report, similar to what is typically expected in academic or research settings. It should include the standard sections found in a scientific paper:
- Title and Author information
- Introduction (summary of the challenge and your approach, optional)
- Methodology (describe how you approached the problems, tools used and how you used them)
- Results (present your findings with, Stim graph plots, screenshots of Entwine, etc.)
- Discussion (include any analysis, observations about your solutions, optional)
- Conclusion (wrap-up, reflections, possible improvements if given more time, feedback about the Challenge itself)
2. Required Content
Your PDF must include:
- A screenshot of your Entwine environment clearly showing your work.
- Technical responses to the following challenge tasks:
- Logical GHZ state creation using Entwine.
- Circuit translation into lattice surgery (for the specified problem).
- Performance comparison between concatenated and surface code setups.
- Code snippets or diagrams where relevant (for example, lattice surgery sequences).
- Simulation data (plots, numerical results, etc.).
- Commentary on your process, the tools used, and challenges encountered.
